Please allow a 7-10 day turn around time from when we receive your horseshoe to postage.
We will email you when we receive your horseshoe to confirm it is safely with us.
Please only send your horseshoe to us once you have placed your order. There is no need to clean your horseshoe, we will do all the hard work for you, but please ensure all nails are removed to make it safe to be posted.
